believe it or not .. i ve been up fur more den 24 hours .. haven't been sleeping .. kinda feel tired but i can't sleep .. yesterdae ended werk at 1 am .. reached home around 130 am den sit outside my house till 2am .. was msging someone ..

called my sister tuh open th door fur me .. since i didn't bring my house key !! den i went tuh bath !! after tt went tuh bed .. by th time i looked at th time it's fur me tuh go fur werk at 6am .. so i get out from th bed n bath again .. den now at home .. rth infront of th com ..

yesterdae closing was rather fun .. all th kaki doing closing .. suppose tuh do kitchen wif haziq but he kept running around th mac duno do wat laa .. den told zhong ren tt haziq is my bf .. den he asked haziq tuh kiss me .. den me n haziq was laughing our ass out !!

What is insomnia?

Insomnia is defined as difficulty initiating or maintaining sleep, or both, despite adequate opportunity and time to sleep, leading to impaired daytime functioning. Insomnia may be due to poor quality or quantity of sleep.

Insomnia is very common and occurs in 30% to 50% of the general population. Approximately 10% of the population may suffer from chronic (long-standing) insomnia.

What causes insomnia?

Insomnia may have many causes and, as described earlier, it can be classified based upon the underlying cause.

Situational and stress factors leading to insomnia may include:

• working different shifts,
